We would like to complaint against Akbar Travels.com Mumbai Office.
We had applied for Singapore and Malaysia Visa for personal travel through AkbarTravels.com.
My daughter's (Ananya Indurkhya Age - 4 years) visa is rejected due to lack of diligence in submitting the NOC document on time.
All along it was us who were following diligently with Akbar Travel representatives to get the status instead of them reaching out to us. After receiving the Malaysia visa for me and my wife on 8th July, we only had enquired about my daughter's visa. We were never told and mentioned on the email that we need to provide it within 5 days. We still provided it well before time.
On further scrutiny, we got to know that NOC was supposed to be done within 5 days from the date of email from Malaysia Embassy. However, due to laxity from Akbar Travels representatives it was submitted on 13th July.
Due to procrastination from Akbar Travels, I have lost Rs.4000 and has given me grave stress.
As it is a mistake from Akbar Travels team, request you to please ask them to refund Rs.4000 for Malaysia visa fee they charged.
If not re-applied on time, i will loose my bookings.
