Akbar Travels — Not issuing me a refund for a payment made twice.

UTR NUMBER OF TWO PAYMENTS THAT I MADE.

PAYMENT 1st- UTR:[protected]
PAYMENT 2nd- UTR:[protected]

I made two payments using phonepe.
I had to apply for dubai visa.
my first payment was succesfull but akbar travels website went down at the exact moment. So akbar was not able to create that booking.
I had less time to apply for visa. So i applied it instantly and this time everything went well. Now for the first payment akbar travels is not giving me a refund. I tried emailing them. They said they only have one payment. I said these are the UTR numbers to track the payment then they stopped replying to my emails. Such a big company doing small works.
