Akbar travels does not give refund amount of my 2 flight tickets as i got a confirmation mail from many months. i have provided the required details and documents for refund many times as per they request me through email.

Akbar Travels Customer Care's response Kindly note due to payment gateway system error amount was credited back to our account. We had mail the passenger to provide bank account details so that we can initiate refund but till now we have not receive bank details. Once again we have sent reminder to the passenger. Attached is the screen shot of the mail sent.
