I have raised a request to re-fund my ticket price on 2nd april, and it was approved from your end as well as from airlines end.
And i have checked with airlines (Airindia) on 3 april and get to know that they have refunded the ticket price and it pending from your end.
Its been 35 days, you haven't credited the amount in my account. I have dropped several mail but got no response from your end. Even your customer care executive were not providing satisfactory answer. Every-time when i asked the current status of my request, the only answer i got was they have no idea.
I understand that due to uncertain circumstances, you are receiving high volume of tickets request but its been 34 days, provided the airline already refunded the amount. As a customer, it only creates doubt on your efficiency or on your intentions. Hence, it a humble request you to please expedite our refunding process. I was given a time line of 15 days and also was intimated the same by customer care executives. Please expedite. Its a crunch time right now and also the refund amount is a big one. A
