Akbar Travels — Refund For Air Ticket from Past 1.5years

My refund is pending from past 1.5years in Akbar...Akbar Travels delhi office is least bothered to settle my refund which is pending from almost 1.5years..Also they have received the refund amount from Airlines last year only...When asked with Delhi office Yesterday they told me some silly and nonsense things such as Provide us the I'd proof of all the passengers and their contact information...I am not able to understand if I have paid all the amount for the tickets why you should ask passenger details...It is clear that if someone has paid you for the tickets you should also return to thr same person if any refund or dues is pending...
They are just wasting time not to provide any refund.

I am having 6PNR which needs to be refunded...on 24 September this month they have released one refund without any questions asked...if they have refunded one pnr why they want passenger details for another 5PNR.
