Akbar Travels — Refund Issue AT[protected] | |
I book ticket through Akbar Travels website. That flight cancelled due to Covid 19, After that i request refund on 03-Dec-2021 they replied that they need Airline approval for the refund. 21-Mar-2021 i got mail that airline approved my refund request and also akbar travels request my bank account details same day i forward my account details to akbar travels team. After one week there is no update from akabr team so i send mail to them, For that mail they are replied like Please note we have already forwarded your documents to our accounts team, post verification the same will be initiated to your account. We regret the delay due to heavy backlog, the entire process has been delayed, it normally takes 7 working days, however we have expedited the same and the same should get credited in 7 -14 working days in your account. My refund is not credited in my account. Also i daily send mail to them no reply from their side. After that i called their customer service number multiple time when i tell them i called for refund they are cut the call i need my refund My Cancelled Ticket number AT[protected] and Akber Travels compliant ticket number 098-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
