[Resolved]  Akbar Travels — refund not credited after 2 months

Dear sir,
Greetings.

I have been running after a refund for the trip id:[protected].

So many calls and mails have been done but everything went futile.

I have been calling them day in and day out, but they are keeping it pending giving silly reasons.

I even visited the bank official but of no use.

Kindly request to check into the matter at the earliest.

In regards to above query cancellation/refund has been done on 1st Dec and refund has been processed on 2nd Dec and same has been intimated to passenger through mail.As per our accounting report refund amount has already been debited from our account.We request the passenger to co-ordinate with his issuing bank for refund.
