My flight had been cancelled in covid -19 first wave. I have called them multiple times and mailed them too but didn't get refund even after more than 2 years. My pnr number was TE2W5Q. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Akbar Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 01, 2022 Akbar Travels Customer Care's response AT[protected] / PNR : TE2W5Q We had sent mail to the passenger on 26 Oct 2021 in order to get bank account details so that we deposit cheque in passenger's account but till date there was no revert from passenger's side. However once again we have sent mail to the passenger to get account details so that we can process refund into hi given account. Regards, Team AT
