Akbar Travels — Refund trf by Airlines not transferred by Akbar Travels

We had booked ticket via Shooes on Loose Pvt Ltd in Feb2020 for Bali trip in Thaiairways. Shoes on loose facilted this via Akbar Travel .
Due to Covid we requested to Cancel and refund the amount.
In meanwhile agency Shoes on loose Pvt Ltd went into IBC and asked us to follow up and get money directly from Airlines .
Airlines refund the money in July'22 after constant follow-up .This amount was trf by Thaiairways to Akbar Travel .
On follow up with Akbar since today they are asking to take NOC from Legal represenative of Shoes on lose to get refund. We approached him and he said he cannot give such NOC as matter is filed and not part of this transaction

Please note the ticket money had come to THAI airways from an agent, hence we have refunded it to the agent.
Currently we have no contact numbers, we are accessible only over emails. Kindly contact your agent for your refund.

Since we have processed refund already, the case is closed our end.

Dear Akbar Travel Senior Management

• As you know that refund is received by your agency from Thaiaiways after several follow up over 2and half year –email shared
• Our ticket were booked by Shoes on loose Pvt ltd
• And liquidator appointed has confirmed in below email that they are not supposed to give NOC
• Now amount is with agency and supposed to trf to our A/c as written by Shoes on loose Pvt ltd -email shared
• Please note that we got our Refund from Malindo Airlines directly in our A/c on 31/12/21 booked in same plan to Bali –attached email

Now do let us know what we need do to get our money approx. Rs 85k .Being professional agency we look forward for immediate solution and revert
