Akbar Travels — refunds at[protected]

My booking for PNQ to DEL flight got failed on 19th May 2019, I received email on same day that refund is initiated (PFA image for reference)

But still till date 10/06/2019 I have not received any refund, I have also shared required account details in further discussions.

I need details on this, and my money should get refunded asap

Amount reverted on same day and credited in passenger account as per his bank policy.
