I have canceled my ticket 24 th March they said with in 14 to 20 days it will be refund..
But since I didn’t receive my refund amount

I’m very struggling and very upset

We have initiated refund from our end. The same will reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank policy.

We’ve noticed that it takes about 3 to 5 working days for most refunds to hit their respective accounts.
