Without seeking any confirmation from my side. They had cancelled my ticket.
I called them about confirming the cancel charges though i was on mail they had cancelled my ticket without seeking any confirmation charges from my side.
Date of incident-25/11/19
They are not concern of any confirmation.
I called them for rescheduling while in the line i got a mail from their side that ur ticket has been cancelled.
I had to booked my ticket from thomas cook as we cant wait ticket price is increasing.
We request to look in to the matter.
