Akbar Travels — Ticket amount refund reg

Ticket reference number AT[protected]. On 2nd sep I canceled my ticket because of that flight cancelation and Akhbar travels team told that amount will refund with in 7 to 14 days. They weekly skipping the said date.. They weekly send a sms my amount will refund with in 14 to 20days( 3days before also I get a mail like this) . Unfortunately still that amount not refunded.
