I had booked a flight on Emirates through Akbar Travels with booking reference AT[protected]. This flight got cancelled due to Covid. Emirates allows to keep the credit for 3 years and use it in the same region. When I approached Akbar Travels to book new ticket on April 1, 2022 they said they have already cancelled the ticket without my approval in December 2021. Cancelling without customer consent is a grave offence, ticket prices are much high now. How can any travel agency do that!!
Not only that, Emirates confirmed they have refunded the money immediately. Akbar has still not paid the refund amount to pay.
I expect either flight tickets for the dates I requested or a full refund immediately. Was this information helpful? |
