[Resolved] Akbar Travels — very bad service and took 8k for ticket cancellation and still not yet refunded

I had booked the flight ticket through akbar travels online, i requested them to postpone the journey but they charged extra 17000 rs only for changing the ticket. The same time actual ticket rate is only just 22k. I have already paid 14500 for previous booking. They charged me 8500 for the cancelation fee, but still they havent refund that amount. They promised a date, but no response from their side.

I had a very very bad experience with great akbar travels, i felt they are just cheating the customers... Very very bad service..

Akbar Travels Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam,

We have acknowledged for the above query raised.

We request you to provide booking ref no. starting with AT NO... or CRS pnr mentioned on the ticket. So as per that we can check from our end and forward the same to concern department.
