[Resolved] Akbar Travels — wrong ticket

I booked a ticket whose at no. Is[protected] from lko to jp and back from jp to lko but when i got the tickets it booked opposite that is from jp to lko and back from lko to jp..
I asked customer service to change this or help me out what with this problem..
They said me to cancel the tickets book a new ticket i did so whose at no. Is[protected]..
But after my booking a new ticket they sent me a mail that the previous ticket cannot be cancelled but when i asked for cancellation the system was showing me a full refund..
Now the problem is i have 2 tickets from which one is of no use..

Akbar Travels Customer Care's response In regards to above raised query, the case is still open with us and we are constantly following up airlines in order to get full refund on wrong booking.
