My name is N Ramakrishna Rao from Hyderabad. I booked 9 tickets with your transaction ID: AT[protected] Spicejet Airline PNR is O4THQV) and another 9 tickets with your transaction ID: AT[protected]Spicejet Airline PNR is Y6WUGC).
I cancelled 5 tickets from first tickets and 4 tickets from second ticket. The cancellation was done with the Spicejet and the cancellation amount was not returned to my account.
The details of cancellations were taken from Spicejet, they are as follows.
1. Two tickets were cancelled on 2/8/2016 (Mr.Narotham Reddy & Mr.Lakshman Kumar V) from first ticket (PNR.O4THQV) and the cancellation PNR is PFS2GR. An amount Rs.2112.00 was credited to Akbar travels from Spicejet.
2.Three tickets were cancelled on 3/8/2016 (Mr.Srinivas Singh, Mr. Indrakaran Reddy & Mr.Nagaraju) from first ticket (PNR no. is O4THQV) and the cancellation PNR is WE6DRK. An amount Rs.3168.00 was credited to Akbar travels from Spicejet.
3.One ticket was cancelled on 2/8/2016 (Mr.Madhusudan Reddy) from the second ticket (PNR.Y6WUGC) and the cancellation PNR is DBPERN. An amount Rs.1056.00 was credited to Akbar travels from Spicejet.
4.Three tickets were cancelled on 3/8/2016 (Mr.Nageswara Rao Posani, Mr.JJ Reddy & Mr.Jagan Mohan Reddy) from the second ticket (PNR no. is Y6WUGC) and the cancellation PNR is L9Z7GW. An amount Rs.3168.00 was credited to Akbar travels from Spicejet.
I brought the cancellation of the issue on 17th August'2016 and your people never resolved the issue till the date.
We came to know the level of service what you offering to your customers and if you fail to resolve the issue within next 48 hours, we can complain about cheating/intentional delay against your company at statutory bodies and online forums.
