Hi team, We had been facing network issues since 4/5th september and so we complaint to airtel network team on 19th september when they informed us about their networking issues being prevailing in our area since some days back and they are working on it for resolution an ask us to wait for some time. We again and again followed up with them but did not get any resolution and on 27 september our services got stopped due to non payment of bill cycle 4th aug to 5th september. After which they asked us to do the payment for continuation of servives but since their network issue was still persisting we ask them to cancel our connection and waive off the bill as we were not able to using its services. Still they did not take any action. On 5th octobet another bill got generated and we were again asked us to pay the bill but network issue still going on. We even did not used a penny of its services since 5th september so why they are asking for payment. Today we made the payment for the bill of 4th august to 5th september but we are not liable to pay for bill of 5th sept to 12th october. We write the mail to airtel for cancelling our connection amd waiving off the bill but they are not waiving off and instaed charging till today 12th october without giving any services. Please help us to get waived off the bill of 5th september to 12th october. We can't pay the bill for the duration in which we have not used it. Many thanks..
