Hi team, I have ordered vivo v9 pro in deewali festival going on from 1 to 5 november. It was supposed to be deliver by 5 november, delivery boy did call me on 5 november at around 7 o clock i was out of home so i requested him if he can deliver it on 6/11/2018 that is today he commited that i will reach you today morning by 10:30 am. But today i see my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. I gave call to amazon customer service today morning by 11:05 am, one of official commited that we will replace your order and will give you followup call in 2 hours, but instead have not called me, eventually i only called them at 4:00 pm to get the status but i heard from them is we cannot replace order now because refund has been initiated, if she would have called me iwithin the time frame then she could have done replacement order. Senior official are helpless and cannot replace an order although they admitted it was not my mistake but still i cannot get the order. It show extreme carelessness and unprofessional aattitude of that delivery boy and the customer support team. It is total loss of money and time to me i waited for so many days to get this deal now apart from getting order in time customer service people have clearly stated that you cannot avail the benefits now as deal time is closed. With the help of your forum i wanted to escalate this case so that it can be heard someone from amazon team of higher designation and give me my order at discounted rate.
