ADVERTISEMENT — Car is not delivered on time and doing misbehaving

My accidental car have been standing since 12-July-21 on Hans Honda dealership now almost 50 days is going to complete but still not sure when I'll be getting it back.

Whenever I'm talking with dealership they have answering as misbehaving and some time they have ben pointing to insurance company.
Insurance company have tie-up with dealership and dealership had did the insurance while purchasing car.

I complainant to Honda company as well but still there is no proper response I got yet.

The dealership also have been saying you have to pay extra amount like more than 10k while we will handover the car..
My car insurance is B2B so why should I pay that amount..
