Updated by sandip Mardhekar I took family mediclaim from Medsave healthcare for one year from my company plan (Corporate) and I paid one premium amount from my salary.
my brother has admitted in Ojas Nursing Home and ICU because his accident happened on Sunday Night 23rd Dec 2018 and Hospital requested for claim on 24th Dec 2018.Now I got rejection letter from them ( Medsave Health Insurance TPA Limited.I have attached rejection letter in mail which has been received from them today.
According to them (Medsave Health Insurance TPA )Claim rejection reason is that they cannot covered claim for 31 years under this policy my policy no[protected].File no 20181225B006CH05930.
We had already mentioned my brother details before open this policy.TPA and Insurance company did not inform us that claim will be covered only before 30 years not for 31 years.If TPA and Insurance company inform me then I take policy from other Insurance company.
Who will pay the hospital bills which is pretty much high for middle class.
Request you to please clarify from them which is not acceptable.
I will not pay anything in Hospital.Please inform him.I need your help in this.
