Akosha.com — Damaged product delivered, no replacement made and not ready for refund

We bought a chair from Royaloak Furniture, Mysore Road. The product was damaged, the technician was unable to assemble and raised a complaint to Customer Service. No Complaint no. provided to us. After our followup received the complaint number. Even after repeated calls to the showroom, email to CEO and CS, still no date as to when we will receive the product replacement. The CS team just cuts the call when we are still talking to them. We don`t want the product because of the service provided, we want a refund.

Today, they came to replace the cushion, but found the head rest was also damaged. Request for a refund.

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is for your information that i have preserved my baby's stem cell with cryoviva on 20.06.2017 and have deposited 10000 INR.
i have also given post dated cheque of 27500 INR and money got deducted. But after 3 years they are calling and saying money not received and they need bank statement. I have told that my account is closed and i am unable to provide bank statement of 3 years before.
Due to their carelessness i want to withdraw stemcell preservation and want my money back.They are calling again and again for money again after 3 years and irritating my wife. Kindly help us
