Akosha.com — dena bank is not transferring amount to my account

I have purchased a pendrive from amazon on 9th may 2017 of 7307rs and i have returned that product on 12th may 2017 to amazon and amazon as refund me amount on 19 may 2017 to my bank account but that amount is nt showing to my bank account so i called dena bank customer care and they told me ya ur amt is showing but u have to launch a complaint then u wil get amount to ur account so i have launched complaint 2 times 1 complaint on 14 july and 2nd on 16 sep complaint number is [protected]. More than 6 mnth completed but still i don't get that amount to my account so it's my request to u plz give me amt of 7307 to my bank account m
