Respected madam/sir, On 23.05.2017, time 03:28 pm i got a call (Attached) from reliance office, kolkata that reliance offer me a new plan "jalsa499_disc+15gb ul" and also offer me that if i will accept the offer given to me than postpaid bill of my first three month will be rs. 478/- per month and after that 499+sc will be applicable. But reliance does not kept his promise and charge rs.499+sc in my first month postpaid bill. Regarding this i e-mailed on [protected]@relianceada.com and on [protected]@relianceada.com four times after generation of my postpaid bill but still i does not get any reply from their side. This is the fraud if you reliance promise me to given some offer then this is his duty to provide me offer. For the proof i have attached call recording (No. [protected]) dated 23.05.2017 and reliance postpaid bill of month of july. Kindly resolve my issue.
