I have purchased the subjected item from amazon on[protected] and received the very third class and poor quality product, which worth 2778.44/-. I have paid by debit card.

Upon received poor product, i initiated return with amazon which is never attempted. No any update till today. I further claimed for refund which not approved by either the seller or amazon. They have never contacted me. Just provided me low quality product and cheat me. Pls help me to return and refund process. This order is under return policy which is not followed by both the seller and amazon.
