Akosha.com — I am complaining about "nykaa"

I have placed an order on "nykaa" (Oder no. - nyk[protected] on 19 oct 2018, but they have not delivered till date.
I have call, mail so many times to them.
Their delivery partner never called to deliver the product and updated that the "delivery address was closed"
Can anyone tell how an office address can be closed in weekdays, while my office only closed on saturday and sunday.
I need my amount to be refund.
I have placed the order because i need all product very soon but it is too late so they should return my amount.
