Dear Sir,
We have subscribed the BYJUSC course for our Son. Their mentor tell us that if this course is not suitable for you then you can cancel the subscription after trial of 15days . When we go for cancellation they accept our cancellation request & they create a cancellation ticket. That ticket No:17502828. But their account people disturbing us frequently for EMI payment. But other side our cancellation process is going ON.
Again yesterday 07/02/2021 they automatically debited Rs.6000.00 against the EMI. the transaction ID: UTIB[protected]
They are not authorized for auto deduction of amount from our account.
Request you kindly resolve this issue for refund of our amount.
