Akosha.com — I am complaint about duplicate watch

I have ordered 2 fastrack watches (Order# [protected]) for rs. 947 on 23-aug-2017 and received on 28-aug-2017. Brand of watches should be fastrack but on watches printed fasfrack (Not fastrack). Qualty of watches also not looks like original fastrack. I have sent many mail and they are saying product is genuine as per our quality check so we can't do any thing further regarding this issue...
