I've ordered a couple watch from flipkart. I got men's watch and women's watch was missing. I registered a complaint over the chat (Flipkart) and i talked over the call too. The executive committed me that i would receive the product on 4th oct. When delivery guy came to my place he had the wrong information from flipkart. When i call them one of the representative named jaspreet was very rude over the call and he cancelled the return request without my permission even i was not aware of it. I want to take a legal action against the company and the guy who took the system action on my complaint without any concern. Was this information helpful? | |||||
