Sir, i brought new led tv intex as a gift to my parents on there superannuation but as a embarrassing it did not worked for a month it's display spoiled. I'm still paying my installments. My aged parents are in hyderabad and i'm in pune working and no one to help them. Every time i call to customer care they say one week again one week and so on. As my tv is under 3yrs warranty. Hi sir, akosha charged me 2246Rs on 6 jun 2015. But soon after company denied for any service and never informed me for the same. Once i asked for my money back but as usual there were no any response by the company side.my order id is[protected]. Please help me for refund.
