Hi friend,

I have applied for the recharge of rs.399/- to my jio number [protected] through phonepe app in view of a diwali offer on 18.10.2017. The app said it would process the recharge and the recharge would be done in 2 days but today is the 10th day but my number was not credited with the recharge amount.

I have registered a complaint in phone pe app and the have given me a ticket number of 3255239 but still the issue was not yet resolved.

I need your help on this issue.
