Hi booked an online package to Bali through Make my trip for rs. 42200 The day I gave full payment, same day volcano erupted in Bali and airport got closed with so many people stuck there on airport. I was a solo traveller, reports said volcano will eruot again (which actually erupted again) so on precautionary basis and because on this disaster I requested them to cancel my booking with full refund cos of this natural disaster ..which they did eventually and also in mail they said I will get refund too. It's been more than 15 days now I have been calling for refund and mailing too consistently but I have not got any reply on mails and on customer care they say they will call back as priyanka biswas was taking care of my matter but no body calls back. ...I am fed up of all this and tensed about my money .please help.
