Akosha.com — Order cancelled, provided me no solution, just placed their condition, had no choice, feeling cheated

I placed order on 14th May 2017 to be ordered on 18th May 2017, didn't receive it..
Customer support asked me for 2 more days and ensured me delivery on call, I asked for the transcript of call on mail which they didn't provide.
on 20th I got call from flipkart customer support that I have to cancel my order and place a new one, they will adjust the price. Not happy with their (obviously as I was cheated and fooled in the name of their resolution, and had no choice at all, just do whatever they say) resolution(as they wasted whole week and then again I've to wait for 1 more week for new order), price wasn't the issue.
I felt cheated and thus I expressed my feeling giving them proper feedback, to which they again called me and this time to my surprise they straightway told me it's not in their hand and I've place a new order at new price.
That was the time I felt completely harassed in the name of their customer support.
Those guys keep on flipping on their own words.

I've already posted on their social media channels and now I want to expose them in front of other and want some solid resolution.
I can't leave this issue at this point.

This will provide better understanding of their customer support flipping on their own words.
