Akosha.com — purchase online mobile phone not deliver

I am order a mobile phone oppo f3 plus through amazon on 8-jan-2018. Order number is[protected]. Last date for delivery is 20-jan-2018. But still mobile phone not delivered. I am contact with customer care but i can't found any solution. By both customer care amazon and corior company. It's a long time and i am already paid my amount.
So plz help me. Without mobile phone i have face so many problems.
