My Name is Shibaditya Chandra. I had purchased a product ORDER ID [protected]
Placed on Thu, 19th Apr'18 at 8:50am. from JABONG.

I made the payment through online banking however the order got canceled from your end but the amount Rs. 2000/- INR has not still refunded to my registered account.

Even after repeated enquirers the refund is not yet received.
