      I had a jabong coupon for my money only as i returned a product and it was credited in form of coupon but it got expired and no credits given to me like no money transfered to me for this coupon. i had complained multiple times but no reply from any customer care people. where to complain for this so that i can get the money back....

      Dear sir/mam, i used the jabong website, placed an oreder (Order id[protected]-7669501) on 18th nov'18, using payzapp (A/c no.- in[protected] using card transaction.       I have ordered 6 jeans item which cost about 53k. Jabong have blacklisted my account without prior intimation. If they have blocked my account why did jabong delivered item. If they blocked my account then they should stop delivering my item which i have ordered. But jabong delivered the item but refused to accept my return saying that it won't accept blocked account return and said to refer terms and conditions.

      I ordered a kurta from jabong it was defective one so wanted to exchange it but it was out of stock so i wanted to return it back.. I filled all the details which was required to generate refund but whenever i press "confirm" a msg pop up saying "customer state is required" pls fix this issue as soon as possible... So that i can receive my money back.....

      After adding my things to the bag, then after going through all the procedures till cash on delivery, when i select to proceed, this pops up "your order was not placed as there was a problem processing payment. If the amount was debited from your account, it will be refunded automatically within 72 hours please place your order again". I tried it over many times, but this pop up comes repeatedly. Please give the idea of what's happening....

      Two serious mistakes by you guys →
      You never contact me and closed the case on the narrative of the myntra logistics w/o hearing my story. The second mistake, you guys have documented everything over the email and then closing the case.

      I have purchased an item (Boat rocerz 255) with order no.[protected]-4091203 now it got damaged and i have to take to service center but without invoice copy i coudn't register for replacement. I didn't get invoice on mail. Even there is no option to download invoice from your site. It is causing great inconvenience with other orders too.

I called them but they say it has been processed from our side, so why it is not credited in my account.
