      I had a jabong coupon for my money only as i returned a product and it was credited in form of coupon but it got expired and no credits given to me like no money transfered to me for this coupon. i had complained multiple times but no reply from any customer care people. where to complain for this so that i can get the money back.

          Dear sir/mam, i used the jabong website, placed an oreder (Order id[protected]-7669501) on 18th nov'18, using payzapp (A/c no.- in[protected] using card transaction. Due to some reasons i returned the product. They intiated the refundable amount of rs.1538 on 6th dec'18 with the bank reference number is[protected] but that amount isn't credited yet to my account. I made lots of calls to merchant and bank. The merchant said - "the transaction is successful talk to your bank side" they don't even tell about the bank in which they transfer the amount. Whenever talk to the bank they said - "there is no refrence id". They didn't resolve my problems till today. I don't know where is my credit and where i complaint. I am totally fed up with talking them. My registered mobile number on jabong is - [protected] and the email id is - [protected]@gmail.com

            I have ordered 6 jeans item which cost about 53k. Jabong have blacklisted my account without prior intimation. If they have blocked my account why did jabong delivered item. If they blocked my account then they should stop delivering my item which i have ordered. But jabong delivered the item but refused to accept my return saying that it won't accept blocked account return and said to refer terms and conditions.

            In terms and conditions they have not mentioned that they wouldn't accept return of blacklisted account.in terms conditions they said the would blacklist account but not said anything about return of item after blacklisting.

            In terms and condition you have mentioned that after blacklisting any account you won't provide any service but you have delivered item after blacklisting my account which was service. Jabong itself not following its own terms and conditions. Which makes user to follow terms and conditions which was not even mentioned. Just trying to escape.

            My only question is if you have blacklisted my account why did you delivered the item. If you can't accept return or refund of blacklisted account then why did you delivered the item. The delivering item has 15 days return policy according to your terms you should accept return.

            Please accept my return and refund my amount

            I had a credit amount of around 1700 rupees but it suddenly has disappeared. I mailed Jabong costumer service but no reply still... There no way to check the credit point either in the Jabong app

              I have ordered 3 jeans item which cost about 24k. Jabong have blocked my account. If they have blocked my account why did jabong delivered item. If they blocked my account then they should stop delivering my item which i have ordered. But jabong delivered the item but refused to accept my return saying that it won't accept blocked account return and refer terms and conditions.                   My name is ankur, i ordered a shirt from jabang, which i transection over the phone pe and i returned it because the shirt is of different brand and i have not received my return payment yet. I have not received the refund yet. Happened while funds come immediately from the phone pe, i also messaged the support help team but they also did not help me, please do my refund as soon as possible try transaction in my account

                    I ordered a pair of hrx sneakers on 1st nov 2019 and the item was delivered on 7th but i have no idea about the whereabouts of the product. I reached the customer care after 5 days because i was busy for a couple of days and i had no idea that the issue was to be reported within 4-5days then they say that there's nothing they could do about it since i was already so late but they could atleast state clearly about their time limit policy which i was unaware of prior to this mishap i requested if i could atleast get the contact details of their courier partner in darjeeling but that was also not possible to them. Actually the mistake was on my side as well since the mobile no i provided had one wrong digit which was my sister's since i live away from home and it was a gift for my brother but i am a frequent online shopper and other courier services contacts the billing address/mob no if the delivery address is not reachable. My sister has asked every neighbourhood shops hoping that the product might be found but none of them seems to know about it. Returning the product seemed like the only way to find out hence i have requested a return on 16th since all these days i was googling all the possible contact informations.                     Previously the pair of shoes I ordered was missing and I didn't know the whereabouts and after requesting for return I had been getting 'return pickup failed' messages/mails but after a couple days of my complaint with consumercomplaints I received a mail that my return request was complete and the refund was initiated within 1-2 days. Thank you.

                    And now they say the return pick-up failed, I accept that giving incorrect contact no for delivery was fully a mistake and responsibility on my side but it's not the first time that my delivery contact was not reachable I have received calls from other services unlike this time. I have no idea how I am gonna find out about this product, they have great policies and discounts to sell the products but is this how they serve their customers? Being one of the regular shoppers from the site for many years I am really disappointed with the service.

                      I ordered a kurta from jabong it was defective one so wanted to exchange it but it was out of stock so i wanted to return it back.. I filled all the details which was required to generate refund but whenever i press "confirm" a msg pop up saying "customer state is required" pls fix this issue as soon as possible... So that i can receive my money back..

                        After adding my things to the bag, then after going through all the procedures till cash on delivery, when i select to proceed, this pops up "your order was not placed as there was a problem processing payment. If the amount was debited from your account, it will be refunded automatically within 72 hours please place your order again". I tried it over many times, but this pop up comes repeatedly. Please give the idea of what's happening.

                          Two serious mistakes by you guys →
                          You never contact me and closed the case on the narrative of the myntra logistics w/o hearing my story. The second mistake, you guys have documented everything over the email and then closing the case.
                          I am summarizing the whole issue here →
                          Event 1 → wrong product delivered. Wrong in design and brand. event 2 → wrong product reverse pickup approved and jabong.com apologized for the inconvenience.
                          Event 3 → product picked up on september 21, 2019, but refund never came back.

                          Event 4 → later [protected]@jabong.com said that the quality check has failed and the product will be shipped back.
                          Event 5 → you keep on saying this for 2 weeks, but neither the refund came nor the product that was picked was shipped back.
                          Event 6 → then you said that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, but that didn't happen.
                          Event 7 → [protected]@jabong.com didn't even bother to reply back even after 48 hours.
                          Event 8 → i was following back like a fool and then they said that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but that also never happened.
                          Event 9 → then i send an email to [protected]@jabong.com he asked for 5 days' time till october 9, 2019.
                          Event 10 → [protected]@jabong.com and [protected]@jabong.com who were saying shamelessly till this point that the product is picked up but quality check failed so will be shipped back suddenly changed the whole narrative that the product was returned the same day it was picked up.
                          Event 11 → i have already shared with jabong team the apartment register entry that no one visited around 5 pm, but they are so shameless and cleary embezzling the fund. and finally closed my account.

                          Conclusion: product picked up, but refund never issued. [protected]@jabong.com and [protected]@jabong.com have documented everything over the email for more than 10 days the product will be shipped back, but the product never shipped back. So, in short, the whole jabong.com crew is going against the pieces of evidence that they have documented through their professional email addresses.

                          You can see a schoolboy fight like attitude. For more than 10 days they were saying the pickup product will be shipped back, but after 10 days they suddenly change the narrative that the product was returned the same day it was picked up.

                          I have already shared the snapshot of my towers register. For more than 10 days they were saying that a product will be shipped back, but after 10 days this totally changes the narrative that the product was returned the same day it was picked up. i have already shared the snapshot of my tower register which proves that no one visited my apartment around 5 pm.

                          I had words with the supervisor of jabong.com local facility many days back, in fact, he was the one who called me. His narrative was that the product was picked up, but by mistake, it was accidentally sent in some other lot and the product is not trackable. he was of the full conviction that the product will be tracked. so, the conclusion of the stories they are openly embezzling the customers fund instead of taking action against their internal management for all negligence, but they penalized me by closing my account.

                          He is a serious defaulter.  If he has to go to 7 towers, For example, then he creates entries for only one or two towers and visits all seven towers. I have informed my maintenance team regarding this and they are continuously monitoring him and found that he is a serious defaulter. I have told my maintenance team that does not interrupt let him commit this mistake so that he can be caught someday.

                          I’m quoting this to create an awareness that he has some notorious motives.

                          A few months back one of the delivery and pick up the agent of Myntra and jabong.com was fired because he used to Manipulate He was having the tagging gun And he used to change the tag and cross-exchange product low price vs high price products. So instead of taking any concrete action against their own staff, they are penalizing the customer by closing the account this time.

                          One more important point is that the jabong.com staff have documented many numbers of times over the email that the product failed quality check. No worries if the product has failed the quality check then it should be returned back, but instead of returning back They completely change the narrative after two weeks that the product was returned the same day when it was picked up, but this is not the fact I have shared with jabong.com team the snapshot of my apartments register entry where there is no entry at 5 PM, which was the time told by jabong.com team when the product was returned.

                          They are contradicting their own documented evidence and refusing everything told by the customer. I believe this is a case of open black marketing and Embezzlement of customers fund.

                              Yesterday i trying placing an order that compromised 2 jeans. After the payment it showed transaction failed but i received a message that 1131.90 inr was deducted from my sbi account. And when i checked the order list in the app it was empty.

                              Firstly i would like to know if my order is placed and if not then please do something really fast. It's super urgent.

                              This was my first net banking and also the first e-shopping through jabong and it was a total disappointment. 😓 hope that you will try to resolve my problem soon🙏🙇‍♀🙏 because i don't think jabong encourages to disappoint their customer like this in their first time😥

                                I have purchased an item (Boat rocerz 255) with order no.[protected]-4091203 now it got damaged and i have to take to service center but without invoice copy i coudn't register for replacement. I didn't get invoice on mail. Even there is no option to download invoice from your site. It is causing great inconvenience with other orders too.

                                  It is hereby submitted that one online prepaid order bearing no. 109258411710359762901 was made from Jabong on 28.10.2019 and one item of the same order was cancelled. Refund was initiated from Jabong on 03.11.2018 with Refund ID: [protected] for an amount of Rs.366.97 but not credited in the source SB A/c of SBI. Many e-mails as well as telephonic conversations have been made with the Jabong Customer Service Centre but my refundable amount has not yet received from your end. Even, as per advice of Customer Service Centre, various Sections of SBI along with own Branch have been communicated but no fruitful result comes out.

                                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that the above-mentioned amount of Rs.366.97 may be credited in the source SB A/c. of SBI.

                                    Just logging my account and get to know that you guys just locked my
                                    Account, then i remember that you guys looted me by sending a # piece of
                                    Clothe and when i asked for the return and replace you guys ignored me, i
                                    Have try to contact you via all ways but you guys just ignore the issue and
                                    Locked the account, don? T know why you guys do that, being a part of
                                    Biggest e-commerce company you guys have to take care of each customer

                                      I had placed order for a few products from jabong.com on 28th sep. The order id was 111883038407654940303 and got them all delivered by 4th sep. But two of them were not good. So i requested for the return of those two products on jabong.com on 6th sep and my request was accepted. These products return id was [protected] and [protected] according to the email response i got from jabong. The date for the pickup was scheduled on 11th sep. But now it’s showing that the return request has been declined. But i hv not done anything. Neither they told me any reason for declining this. There was 15 days return policy available for these products. I dont want these product anymore. Why are they not taking it back and refunding my money. I want my money back. Please help me resolving this problem as soon as possible.

                                        I returned by product to jabong on 26th july 2019 of order no 111515927481869550903 of rs 1566 but till now i haven't received by refund. I called them but they say it has been processed from our side, so why it is not credited in my account. I also called my bank about it and they say they can not track transaction using reference no which is given to me by jabong.
