I have been given the tracking number also of the same
but i am unable to find the details as it is showing email not verified when i try to login my account
If my account wasnt verified how could they process my order
I m stuck right now
I cannot login my account and therefore cannot track where my order
I need to know where my parcel is
What is the current status of my order...

I'm orderd one chinos in jabong 34 size but i got 28 size so i can raise the return request but return pickup not available in my pincode so i'm call to jabong customer excutive he suggested pls self return the product i'm giving delivery charges also. So i'm sending my chinos india speed post my product reached the 10days back but jabong not giving my money so i'm lose 1389 rupes jabong cheats customers order id[protected]-9883303...

Hi... My two chinos order was supposed to get deliver by friday 12 oct. And next day on 20th ocy i received messge saying order has been cancelled. Note that my order was already paid. When i called customer care... Guy said they will be rwturning the refund amt. But customer guy never said abt rescheduling of order. I bought that two chinos during jabong sale window.. Which nw i coudnt purchase with such low price and i also dont have any intimation of my refund....

We have placed an order of varang embroidered chanderi kurta on 26th september under the order no. 108986264160347496901. The product status is showing delivered at 4th september 2018 received by my name.

But i have not received any order. I have received one email with attachement of sign proof. I. E not my sign.

Also note that the shipment payment was already done online.

Kindly expedite this complaint.

I have ordered zivame bra i haved made return request on 6 of october but till now 11 of october i don't get any message for pickup. I have called customer care also for this. I am very disappointed by jabong. I want quick pickup of my product. Plz arrange pickup for my product otherwise i will never buy anything from jabong. Very bad experience after customer care help olso....

Hi, i purchased few sweaters from jabong and they didn't fit me well. I was out of station where there was no network and when i came back i tried to raise return request for those items but after i was clicking the return button it was saying jabong was not responding properly and was not taking my return request. When i tried the other day it was saying that you have exceeded the return date. I contacted the jabong care and they denied to take my request. Those items are no use to me and the tags and everything is still intact. It's a huge loss to me. I'm a regular customer and i shop in bulk...

I ordered a jeans of size 32 from jabong but since its size is big i wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. When i tried to request for exchange i got a message that pick up service is not available from my address. I asked customer care executive too but of no use.
My concern is that firstly if a person can come everyday to my place to deliver jabong products then why can't he take the return/exchange products.
Secondly, if jabong cannot provide return/exchange service at specific places then it should be mentioned on their site while we are placing order. This is a simple case...

I had ordered sangria lehenga on 23rd September received package on 27th September... but there is missing of blouse on package..so i immediately returned the product...the delivery person pickup the package on very next day... still (10.10.2018) my money is not refunded on my bank account. ..kindly refund my money......

Jabong — quality of the product

I ordered a lee cooper shoe order id is 108933108417294711703 on 20 september 2018 got the delivery on 24/09/2018.
However after wearing it 2times only the sole of the shoe started to come out. It is under 3 months warranty as well. If such is the condition of the quality that within 2 times of wearing it the sole starts coming out and that too not even 15days. Please request to exchange my shoe at the earliest.

I ordered one dress with order id[protected]-4354501 from jabong and got damaged product with stain on it as i like that dress i requested for exchange product. I was not available to return product when picked up person called me and after that i checked the status and it was delivery unsuccessful. I tried to call the same person and he said there is no product with my name and number. I mailed jabong and they replied check with new product. Even i am not able to return it now as there is no option in details. Please do return and refund my money or exchange it asap....

My jabong order no is 108995609446432668701, i've ordered cerruti1881 odissea master blue watch worth 21, 471 and after opening the box i have noticed that it's strap is damaged and now jabong customer support says it's not returnable.

Why would i take a damaged piece after paying full amount? I request jabong to take your product back and add refund in my jabong account to buy a new watch, i don't even want a refund in my bank account, i love jabong and i will be your valuable customer if you solve this issue and refund me, if not i will take action.

I ordered 2 kurtas from jabong, expected delivery date crossed, still didn't receive my package. It's been 10 days. Tensed up as i already paid n afraid they might have lost the package. No updates in track order after 2 days from order date. This is my first purchase from jabong. Thanks jabong 🙏, this will be my last purchase from u. I didn't expected this to happen from such a well known site. I am not living in an isolated world, i can expect to get my package on time....

I was order Rosaline bras of 2, Rosaline pack of 3 .I have received incomplete and wrong products from in packet.Then I have called customer care he tells me if u receive wrong products then I have do self courier on Jabong address.I was courier the products by dtdc courier service, It was reach on Jabong address on 20th September.After done all of these things, I have done many calls to Jabong customer service, every time he said it's process your money is refunded early, but none of money refunded, they said we have taken your complaint already, I am anger and hopeless by these type of carelessness!!!...

I bought a jeans on jabong.com and it did not fit me. So, I decided to return it but when i did so it said "something went wrong, please try after sometime"
i even changed my bank details but nothing worked.
It happened to me once earlier but I managed that time but I managed that time.
I don't know what to do next, please help me otherwise the 15 day return policy would end.

My product is cancelled by jaboong and my product payment is not intiated yet or there is no message from jabong, online shopping app for home or office delivery and also the refund have not been intiated by the company. I haven't raised any cancellation ticket for the product.

I have ordered Gini jony blue capree ORDER ID [[protected]] but i have receive a wrong product on 17-aug 2018., which i requested to return the product and complain on 18-august 2018, , as per customer care executive i have sent a mail with product photograph, thety replied me we will arrange pickup in 5 days, but every time when jabong courier person came they refuse to take the wrong product because they do not have any mail about the wrong product. i am complaining this to customer care and mail several time but still there is no solution, since fifteen days i have receive SMS from Jabong...

Since then i have been calling jabong to return my order but all they are doing is keep asking for more time. They are lying to me every day and telling me to wait for 24 more hours 48 more hours and all that. I am frustrated with the way jabong reps have been lying to me.

I received KAYA ADVANCED ACNE CARE KIT on Sept 25, 2018, Order number [protected] and Tracking ID SF23165340JB.

One of the bottle in kit was empty..It looks like used product or it might got leaked while in process of delivery. I am unable to file return for this product as it is beauty product. I am very disappointed. I want to return that product. Please take action against that seller. It is sold by Proleague. Please take that product and refund the amount."
