I ordered a pair of white sneakers from jabong..they arrived on 16th of august 2018 but as i opened the package they did not fit me well and i decided to return them..but as i reach the last step they are showing " error in return initiation ". I need to return them immediately...i am very disappointed with this bad customer service of yours.
And the helpdesk is not helping as well...no one is picking the call...I've gone mad......

[protected] was placed on 16th July and delivered on 21st. We wanted to exchange it but the the required size was not available. On 26th the required size was available and we initiated the exchange request. [protected] was the order id for exchange. The item was picked up for exchange on 28th and till 3rd when the status of the order [protected] was not updated to shipped I called the customer care and was informed that the order is shipped but not updated. Order no.: [protected] from jabong i have ordered 2sweaters from jabong one of cost 615 and other of cost 623 indian rupees but they did not fit me so i returned them on 6th august and i recieved a mail regarding the refund intiation but i did not recieve the money yet. I have been mailing them regarding thr issue but they dont seem to be concerned and are saying to wait for 5 to 7 days which has already exceeded. I want my refund as early as possible....

This is manas agrawal. I placed an order for a nike polo t-shirt with jabong, order id - [protected].

The order was prepaid and the payment was done using a debit card. But today, i saw that my order is automatically canceled without any intimation.
I need the same order to be delivered to me in promised time.

Today I got a call from your customer care center that my name is shortlisted for a lucky draw but I need to purchase Rs.5000 then I will get the gift like phone7 plus, Dell laptop, sony tv, Samsung phone or LG fridge. even they there are asking My id number, CIV, and phone number. This is fake or true. Please take this complaint may some people are spoiling your company brand....

I ordered a navy blue palazzo pant, order no. [protected] and it arrived. For the second time the waist size was much too small. I asked them to return it and they picked it up. Then in order to get my refund they sent me a mail where I had to fill in my bank details. I pressed the Bank Details box and it did not open. I called them and they said they would send the mail again. I tried to open the Bank Details box in an orange color and again it did not open! I had ordered for an adidas bag. But it says it has been delivered even though it has not been. This is causing a great deal of inconvenience. Kindly do something about this at the earliest.

I ordered two men shirts on 8th august 2018 with order id[protected]-1136503. It was my first purchase with jabong & it would be last too.. After 8 days of placing order, there's no status update. It has not been shipped yet. Although they promised to deliver till 14th august.

I need the status update asap. They make their customer fool. I have to gift this to someone.

Will never recommend anyone to buy from jabong....

I was given someone else's parcel. Then they took around 30 days to understand what the problem is. Then they took another 15 days for the pick up. Now jabong managers don't care to reply even. So end of the day jabong is not even refunding my money and nor responding. I never expected such poor service from jabong. I would recommend everyone to just stop buying from jabong so that they know that selling is not the only job they have to do, but also take care about customer satisfaction. I am banning jabong atleast from my online shopping sites....

Worst customer care experience from jabong.customer care number will never be answered.ml tracking ID will not work.
Courier service guy will never pick the call.
There no tab on jabong to complaint on such undelivered products which shows delivered.

I ordered a pair of shoes costing 2000 and there was a size problem as i ordered size 10 later i placed an exchange for 9 no. Size and the jabong guy took the shoe within 2 days of order and now it's been 15 days i haven't received my exchange package yet. This is totally bad way of public relation. Im now scared that i wasted my 2000 rupees as there is no message from jabong team about my exchange till now....

I must say the customer service of jabong.com is the worst service among all online retailers. I have been chasing them for 15 days for my refund of the item which they have already taken back. Each time they are sending money to either wrong account number or the account holder name is in correct or the ifsc code is different. Regarding this i have sent mail to their escalation id "chiefmanager@jabong.com" to my surprise there is no reply till now.

This is really frustrating. Their customer support, finance including escalation team is really pathetic. I am going to...

I accidentally duplicated my order and would like to return the extra pair of shoes. But the app is showing they don't have pick up at the exact same location where they have delivered.
This is outrageous, if they don't provide a return pickup that should have been mentioned on the website.
A customer is entitled to get his order cancelled or returned with full refund if he's not pleased with the product....

On July 24th I have returned the white truffled sandals due to size issue (returned no :[protected]. The returned process was confirmed and I was told that the amount of Rs 1945.82/ will be refunded within two days but I didn't receive any refunds in my bank account.
Later I have contacted the customer care service and they asked me for my bank account details again. I emailed them my bank account details twice! After that they guaranteed that the money will be deposited back into my account after two days. Now it's been more than 2 weeks and I still didn't receive the refund. I've tried...

I ordered one dress on 30th July.
It should have reached me by 8th August .but it didn't reach and I have been following up with them since then.Raised multiple complaints.mailed them but there has been no response.
And the worst thing the ML courier service doesn't even recognize the tracking id Jabong gave me
This will be my last relation with Jabong .worst experience

I have placed an order of boult neckband earphones on 31st-july-2018 in jabong.Com. Initially, it was said to be delivered on or before 11th of august, but i didnt receive it till now(13th august).

I have been tracking it on jabong and the product came to my city(hyd) on 8th august itself, and i havent recieved the product even after 3 days it reached to the place to where it should be delivered. Instead, the delivery date kept on changing from 11th august to 13th and then from 13th august to 14th.

Now i completely dont believe jabong as it keeps on changing the delivery...
