On 01/09/2017 i tried to add the amount of rupees 300 to my mobikwik wallet. The same amount got debited from my bank account but nothing was added to the mobikwik wallet. Since that day i. E 01/09/2017 i'm raising ticket over ticket in the help center of mobikwik but irony is that they reply with the same message as attached with this query. Kindly resolve the issue.
