I booked for jio phone costing rs.1500 and an amount of rs.500 paid through sbi net banking vide sbi ref. Transaction 1gabxwnjf0 on 25.8.2017 and the jio ref. No. Fv 000002qsnt. The jio says that he has not received the payment of rs.500. When enquired the sbi said that jio has received payment of rs.500. Sbi sent sms to me as follows-‘’ your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolutionas confirmed with merchant transaction 1gabxwnjfo has been successful and settled on 26.8.2017. The delivery for jio phone costing rs.1500 has been started but so far no phone received by me and amount is decucted by sbi from my sb account. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange either the phone from the jio or my amount of rs.500 refunded by jio to my bank account . ‘ Was this information helpful? | |||||
