[Resolved]  Akosha.com — swiggy not delivering on time (30 mins or free) and refuse to accept

We have ordered food on swiggy app. During order it claims food will be delivered in 30 mins or free but they delivered late.
We provided evidence to swiggy and asked for a refund but they refused to refund. I have screenshots of portal chat history as evidence.

It is unfair to claim on the portal or promising of providing time based services and refusing to comply with it.
