i ordered iphone 7 Mate black from amazon on 12th May 2017, The same is delivered to me on 15th May 2017 with in 15 mins of delivery of phone i contacted Amazon customer care executive stating phone box looks like old and this is giving me doubt that phone is used, i also told him on the outer box there is a sticker stating Used Like new phone, But i ordered new phone. He told me to send the picks of the same on [protected]@amazon.in and call back.

i did the same and i contacted him after sending required details, He told me to take the phone to nearest Apple service center and get the job sheet stating phone is used, I told him i hadn't opened the pack yet, He said no issue sir you can open the pack. I took this phone in packed condition to Apple service centre, there executive opened the pack infront of my brother and checked.

he found that phone is in used condition as only 228 days warranty was left on the phone, Also he mentioned earpods of the phone is un authorized, He also mentioned that IMEI of phone is not matching with Bill given.

I briefed all these issue to CCE of amazon, he told me to send these documents along with scree shot of IMEI on phone . I did the same and sent all documents to mentioned email id. They approved my return and confirm the same via email on 15th May 8:08 pm.

On 16th May 17 there executive attended the pick up and denied by saying i cant pick the product as IMEI of the phone is not matching with Product.When my wife told him to wait and informed me about the same, again i contacted CCE of amazon and briefed the issue he said you tell him that regarding same we have sent mail to IDRD, He will pick up. When i contacted him tell the same thing he said i cant pick up the product untill unless i will not get in writing from company.

Again i briefed the issue to CCE of Amazon he created new Pickup request of 17th May 17 but no one attended the Pick up, Again i contacted CCE of Amazon they rescheduled the pick up on 18th May between 07:00 - 10:00 am, when till 12:20 pm no one attempted the pick up, Again i called CCE of amazon he said their system is showing we refused to give phone to pickup man, Which is absolutely wrong no one tried to pick after 16th May17.

Now i feel As the product replacement warranty was 10 days they are trying to pass this time so that further they can refuse the acceptance of product.

Pls help in the above matter
