Hi Team, I have taken new ‘You Broadband’ connection as on 31-Aug-2018, Plan: ‘YOU BLACK PANTHER 6000 GB 6 MONTHS’ and paid 2915. (Relations Ship# CC259639, Receipt Number: NHMP[protected]) From 31st August onwards, they didn’t provide Modem/ Router and I called these agent team and your customer care more than 36 times. But no use, no proper service then, I requested for 100% refund because from day one I didn’t receive proper service and they didn’t provided Router / Modem. Note: I didn’t sign any document and no where it mentioned that Refund is not possible. As per ASC 606/ IFRS 15 section without Customer satisfaction any organization can take money from the Customer. You broadband team is saying that, we cannot give any refund because this plan is like that but, I didn't sign any agreement. Was this information helpful? | |||
