I paid around Rs.9912 or annual plan as executive in my area have informed around free dual band router and extra 2 months etc., Post that when I looking for connection they said due to problem with local operator connection is not feasible and asked to apply for refund. I have applied and i haven't got my money nor the executive is picking up my calls CRN: CC657766. Please help getting my refund back. Thanks a ton!...

Due to some node issue, YouBroadband has not been working since 21st September and resolved on their end on 23rd. Our modem had issues so we still had no connectivity, even after multiple complaints no one showed up. I whatsapped the engineer even raised multiple requests, only to get default support answers.
These people are hopelessly bad. We live in an area with little to no network connectivity and wifi is crucial with wfh setting....

Very poor service. I have launched complain 6 days back that my internet connection is not working still I am not getting services from any executive. Complaints are routed through call centers, people there keep on repeating problem and basic information and hollow assurance of escalation of matter and false assurance of providing services ASAP....

This is regarding pruning and cutting of top of the tree at p-4, third floor, south city 1 Gurgaon. Which was ordered by mrs Kavita Aggarwal resident of 2 floor of the above mentioned address.
It’s really painful for me to see a tree who use to be home for many birds, shade for stray dogs, provides oxygen and clean the environment and being a living being itself has been cut and the branches are thrown in next vacant plot .

    I had complained about lost my connectivity.
    This company totally fraud with customers. This company can’t fix any problems with connectivity. This wifi network can’t properly use any time . Very bad connectivity. Very bad staff of this company. At last very bad company YOU BROADBAND....

    I am having with You Broad band, i raised complaint on 26/06/2022 for connection change to new address. i tried so many sometimes to the customer care but they are not responding, every time they are saying we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.but they don't.

    The worst thing from the You Broad Band team is calling and saying please make recharge for your connection as my account recharge is expiring soon.

    I've been using you broadband about two and a half months.
    And i have registered complains more than using it.
    In surat at our area not much broadband service providers are available, so I've joined youbroadband because their office is nearby.
    But after i started using it from the very first day i getting speed issues,
    But they told us that whithin a week it will get shorted, So I've wait.
    But still no...

    We have subscribed for 100mbs plan on You Broadband. We are currently getting less than 20mbps. Internet stops working during the night. I am working from home in the night shift and since the internet is not working, I'm unable to work. My account detail is 2168146.

    Complaints raised have no response other than restarting my router, which I have done many times to no avail.

    I submitted my router on 26 April 2021. Router collection person told me that I'll get my refund within 45 working days. I tried to reach on CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE NUMBER 4-5 times in this whole year. But I still haven't got any resolution.

    Do you have any option for this problem.
    If yes then please guide me for this.

      It's been more than 7 days, but no engineer visited to install my broadband connection. The payment has been done by case and person who collected the payment told me that out engineer will contact you in 7 working days.

      I've filed numerous complaints, but each time the customer representative told me than there are no complaints filed by me.

      Since the day I confirmed my payment on my You Broadband website I am not getting proper support .A day after paying amount I received call from You Broadband and asked me to purchase router in urgency which they only sold me at high price also on website it was showing cabling status as tick but there were no single cabling done and also it was showing feasibility as green tick and the local technician from You Broadband told me connection is not possible due to there is feasibility problem and all this happen from day 2 of purchase I am getting so much disturb due to of such kind of improper and inconvenient Service provided by You Broadband Team.
      So Please initiate my refund immediately as I am already at a loss due to your inconvenient support.

        There is no internet for past 6 days, I have raised a complaint for the internet connection issue no one is responding at all and had a call multiple times with customer service there also not responding which person will help me to fix this issue...

        I have a regret that why I renewed my services with You broadband. This is not the first time I have experienced such pathetic service. My internet is not working properly from 3 Feb'22 and I raised a ticket through the app. Since that day, I have been contacting your customer care every day. I have been assured that they have escalated to the concerned team to resolve this issue. But no one called me yet. No technician...
