I had salary account in hdfc bank - account number - [protected]. After 3 months i went to close this account and they said after 6 month they can close account as system will not allow to close account before six months. We again went after 6 month then they said due to technical issue we can not close it right now. They said you can close it from anywhere in hdfc bank. When i went again to close this account they said we have to pay 5000 rs as account is in minus. I met manager and he said just give us 2500 and we will close your account. Just to hide their mistake they r giving waiver. I am not going to pay a single penny and i want to close that account. Please help. They are doing fraud as my company was in vijay nagar and they have opened account 20 km away from office so that we can not go to the bank.. Please help me to close this account.
