Akr Express — delay delivery and misbehaving

Booked from chennai to chittore on saturday. Tracking done it shows something loke its in vellore tr. I contacted customer care number and some one speaking very harsh that it will happen delivery only by tomorrow. Asking reason they are screaming like am their servent. Really frustrated service.

Booked from bangalore and it took 3 days to reach. Sane response as mentioned before. Very pathetic service and delay delivery.
