Akshay Thakur — fraudulent sale and impersonation as indian army

Respected sir,
I had come into contact with a person named akshay thakur on olx an online application for sale of products who had posted advertisement for sale of iphone 7 plus. He had contacted me on whatsapp having no. [protected] and had introduced himself as commando in indian army having his position at camphanuman, airport area, ahmedabad. He had shared mobile photos and on agreement it was agreed to sale the mobile for rs. 5500/- and that rs. 960 plus half of the courier quoted amount i. E rs. 5000/- to be paid in advance which i had paid in account of one rajendra singh account no.[protected], shubham shivprasad sharma having account no.[protected] both having paytm saving bank account. Akshay thakur had conveyed that since he was in posting he did not have money in his account and thus to be paid by me and rs. 8960/-

I have not received any phone now or have been refunded any kind of money and that the fraudulent person is not even responding the phone calls.

Please take strict action against such persons as indian army's faithful services should not be questioned by any means.

This same Person has put up one more add on OLX and same details have been shared with me. He is impersonating Indian Army candidate and asking to be paid Rs. 920 in advance. This time the add is for iPhone X.
Luckily I found the pricing to be too fishy as he was selling a 79K phone for 13K and googled to land at this complaint.
