Akshaya Centre — ignoring children and making late

I have went akshaya center mutholy today 23rd november 2018. But he ignore my presence and he complete others applications. He is always ignoring children who come without their parents. Please take action against him. One time he ignored my friend for giving application. If he repeat this, it will make difficulties for giving the government applications through akshaya. If you say one thing, it will not.I also have my adhar number 5 days to link to my mobile number. And yet they have not done so. kerala, kollam, thankasserry is in akshaya centere. So you have to make a solutionIt's not just akshaya centers to help us not do what they say right now.
