We have given power of attorney to broker for selling of shares and therefore there is no need of physical delivery slip at sale. When we have asked to apply for buy back of bel shares, alankit employee demanded physical delivery slip whereas we have given poa whereas other broker (Sharekhan) had done it online. Jaipur staff is also not cooperated and not picking up of call many times. I am senior citizen and it is not easy to go physically every time.
