I am following up endlessly since years for just to close an unused account although I paid balance, sent closure form, requested for acknowledgement, reminded etc., Alankit team is neither closing the account nor responding properly.

For the past 4 months, i have been asking for the deletion of my father's name on the SBI share folio Number 02463699. They want my father's name to be changed to the one in their records and only after that they plan to delete his name. For a deceased person, i cannot change the name post his death. In the share application, we had 2 lines. One was the Surname where he filled his father's name. In the Name line, he filled his name. On the share certificate, the SBI through Alankit decided to print a Surname followed by his name. On the death certificate, the corporation authorities had mentioned his name with his father's initials preceding it. It was followed by his father's name on the next line. One can easily read this. Now Alankit wants the death certificate to be exactly the way they have printed. Or change the name of my father as per their records. How is this possible? This is really ridiculous. It has been months and we do not get any resolution. Can this be fixed immediately?

We have made Payment to Alankit of 40900 on 30 Oct (conversation on [protected] with simran shegal) for TIN FC Through phone pe and 1000 on 7 January Screenshot attached they have not allocated branch code saying there is some problem with NSDL when we requested for refund they have blocked me i am also attaching phone recording when the requested me to come delhi if i want refund
They are doing fraud on NSDL name please help us and take strict action against them.

I would also like to appreciate the employees working with Alankit Limited because of their cooperative behavior. When I visited their office, I have seen them assisting every customer happily. We all expect that if we have any query, people should listen to us carefully, and then can provide the solution to us. And in Alankit Limited, we get the same type of service.

We have given power of attorney to broker for selling of shares and therefore there is no need of physical delivery slip at sale. When we have asked to apply for buy back of bel shares, alankit employee demanded physical delivery slip whereas we have given poa whereas other broker (Sharekhan) had done it online.

Jaipur staff is also not cooperated and not picking up of call many times. I am senior citizen and it is not easy to go physically every time.

I have applied for the pan card of my son himanshu khandelwal in june 2017 and after waiting for several months i enquired from the alankit, saraswati vihar, gurgaon office in december 2017. It was informed by them that ur papers got misplaced during our office shifting to basement.
Again i applied on 27th december 2017 and enquired tday about pan card. To my surprise again they informed that we have deposited papers at our main office through courier and don't where the papers has gone now.
The working has gone from poor to bad in this office and the top management should look into this and take proper action and should respond to my problem. Or otherwise i have to take up this issue legally as it has caused me mental harassment and financial loss.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs (MOIA) 2014 introduce new scheme for Mahatma Gandhi Pravasi Suraksha Yojana (MGPSY) pension and resettlement scheme for overseas worker. I will be jointed this scheme. Annual premium 5000 rupees. Annual once March automatically debited in my NRE account. This amount will be going to saving for NPS-LITE pension scheme 1000 rupees, and another 4000 rupees will be going to saving for resettlement scheme for UTI Mutual Fund.
Currently three premium I will be paid for 2015 and 2016 and 2017. First year 2016 both of statement I have received premium details it will be corrected. Next second year 2017 both of statement I will be received and I will be checked and verified premium details. NPS-LITE 2016 premium only invested, but UTI Mutual Fund 2016 premium it will be not invested, it mean missing.
In the MGPSY subscriber contributions are collected from the bank accounts of the subscribers and are further invested into the partner schemes i.e. NPS-LITE (for Pension) and UTI-MIS (for R&R) through the banking channels only. Therefore, to monitor and execute debits from subscriber account, manage processing of government contribution, and the payments to subscribers. The ministry has appointed Bank of Baroda as the banking partner for the scheme.
MGPSY-Scheme service provider for ALANKIT and banking service provider for BANK OF BARODA.
Premium missing subject I will be sending enquiry through email via, both of service provider for (ALANKIT & BANK OF BARODA)
But still date my enquiry request is not responding. So many time I will be followed and sent reminder request also. But not yet respond. Please accept my enquiry request and please forward and enquiry to the concern department.

Hi, it's Gaurav from Chandigarh. I made a new adhaar Card from alankit branch(private company for making adhaar cards) in sector 33-d, above andhra bank. I went there last week and asked manager twice can I have my plastic adhaar card. Despite of saying machine is not working he mentioned we are not making any plastic cards. Thereafter I went to branch sector 17, they told me same you need to go sector 33d branch. I reached there yesterday again. Asked manager why did you lie to me. He did not have answer and said you can file a complaint in alankit or uidai.originally, he wasted my 2-3 days. I called 100 too but he did run away by taxi. i mean his behaviour was unacceptable and I am in doubt how many times he lies in a day to other people.please advise...
