I have got The Certificate Of Property, which was conveyed vide Indenture Dated 06/03/2013 between me, The Certificate Holder and the Company Alchemist Infra Realty Limited, whereunder the Certificate holder i.e I have paid RS.50000(Fifty Thousand Only)
But on expiry tenure on 06/03/2016, The estimated value has not been refunded to me

Updated by sankarprosadbasu Also along with maturity refund amount, I have not received the bimonthly interest of total Rs.7000/-(seven thousands)pending for month of
(1) March 2015(2)May 2015(3)July 2015(4)September 2015(5)November 2015(6)January 2016(7)March 2016--the cheques issued for same bounced i.e dishonoured on the ground of insufficient fund.
