Alchemist Infra Realty — Non-payment of investment maturity amount

My mausi made this investment in the company on 11 December '09 in two parts - one paid with Rs.25000, other in Rs.100000. At the maturity date, the company is refusing to pay the maturity amount. They're even saying things like "company is closed". Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (2)
